Silence as a Spotlight: the child’s experience of silence

With StoryLabs
7.4.2019 13:30 Uhr bis 14:30 Uhr | EN

Together in this session, children and StoryLabbers will explore the experience of silence to a child by reading and discussing carefully selected stories.

Silence is not an experience of absence of sound, as much as it is an event that shines a spotlight on something that entices our sense of wonder. Wonder is what childhood is all about!

We will read and discuss some carefully selected stories together and run some experiments of our own, before sitting down for a Q&A with the famous South Pole explorer Erling Kagge.

Most suitable for children 4 years old and up. The session will take place in English. Children should be accompanied by an adult.
